Our Story:
There Is Always Hope, LLC is a specialized medical administrative services small business based out of Lexington, Tennessee. Founded in June 2018, the company provides comprehensive medical billing, medical coding, credentialing, and healthcare consulting solutions designed to optimize the revenue cycles and financial health of independent healthcare provider practices.
About the Team:
The company was established by Hope Weaver, an experienced medical administrative professional with over two decades of deep industry expertise in medical office operations. Prior to launching There Is Always Hope, LLC, Hope spent 21 years as the Billing Manager for Dr. Charles White Sr. in Lexington, TN, and served as a Medicare Billing Specialist and Inpatient/Outpatient Coder at Decatur County General Hospital. Hope, who earned her credential as a Certified Medical Coder (CMC) in June 2003 through PMI, established the small business to leverage her background and help local healthcare providers scale their revenue amounts and streamline their business backend. On top of her CMC credential, Hope has also received her Certified Professional Biller (CPB) and Certified Professional Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) credentials, both through the AAPC.

Ashlynn Swearingen and her dedication to the revenue cycle culminated in achieving her official NHA certification as a Certified Billing and Coding Specialist. Leveraging her years of hands-on experience and newly minted credentials, Ashlynn was promoted to her current dual role as Office and Billing Manager. In this leadership capacity, she oversees the core backend business logistics for the firm's healthcare provider clients. Her responsibilities include workflow supervision, revenue cycle management, and client relations. Ashlynn's trajectory from an entry-level assistant to an executive manager embodies the growth mindset of There Is Always Hope, LLC, blending rigorous technical training with proactive client advocacy.
Fun Fact: Ashlynn also does animal rescue!
Coty Hill bridges the critical gap between medical documentation and provider insurance network onboarding. Working alongside managing owner Hope Weaver and manager Ashlynn Swearingen, Coty's primary focus areas include payer enrollment and onboarding, compliance management, and medical coding. Coty's professional distinction stems from a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks, backed by two of the industry's most rigorous professional credentials: Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through the AAPC and Certified Professional Credentialing Specialist (CPCS), also through the AAPC.
